Image of location of Constitutional Centre of WAThe Constitutional Centre is housed in the old Hale School, at the corner of Havelock Street and Parliament Place, West Perth, near Parliament House. Entrance for Centre parking is on Havelock Street.

The Centre is open 8.30am-4.30pm on weekdays and is closed weekends and public holidays, with the exception of advertised special events. Entry is free.

Look out for the Centre's distinctive banners on Havelock Street.

The Centre has authorised visitor parking access only via intercom and boom gate.  Please contact the Centre, prior to your visit, to ensure parking is available.  Map available on request. There  is also metered parking on Havelock Street and Parliament Place.   There is also an authorised bus parking lane on Havelock Street.

On week days the Red CAT bus (Stop 20 - Havelock Street) stops across the road from the Centre on the corner of Ord and Havelock Streets.
