The Crime and Corruption Commission is perhaps the most important and high profile aspect of the fourth arm – the accountability component – of our State Government Constitutional and Legal systems. This program will discuss the legal and practical perspectives of the operation of the Crime and Corruption Commission.

The following papers resulted from a public forum held Thursday 19 August  2010   and chaired by Christopher Steytler QC– Parliamentary Inspector
